A variety of DWI regulation 25.1a and WRC Approved materials are used to coat, for example:
- Sectional steel tanks
- Concrete filter structures
- Reservoir roofs and internal walls and floors
- Welded profile steel tanks
- Settlement tanks
Materials are applied to new build and refurbished structures, including if required repairs to spalled and honeycombed concrete.
Application methods include plural component heated spray equipment giving one pass applications of product to a thickness of 1mm and hard cured within 24 hours.
Mark Coating & Lining also coat brick and concrete surfaces within dirty water installations using economical products that extend the life of existing structures with the minimum of down time and disruption to plant process activities.
